Job Order Detail
Ledgerline is looking for a Product Manager to own our merchant payments roadmap. You'll work directly with engineering, compliance, and merchant success to ship features that move real money safely. Required: 4+ years product management, comfort reading SQL for ad-hoc analysis, experience shipping regulated or payments-adjacent products, strong written communication for cross-functional alignment. Preferred: prior fintech or banking-adjacent experience, familiarity with card networks or ACH. Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000 + equity. Hybrid, NYC office 2 days/week.
Shortlist
Candidates that passed resume analysis, ranked by tier (1 = strongest).
| Tier | Candidate | Score | Analysis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Marcus Webb Jr. | 0.91 | Direct payments/KYC product ownership at meaningful scale, with the cross-functional compliance experience the JD calls out explicitly. |
| Tier 1 | Grace Kim | 0.88 | Direct payments/compliance partnership experience at a comparable company, plus SQL fluency for the cohort analysis the JD calls out. |
| Tier 3 | Owen Fitzgerald | 0.48 | Strong roadmapping and stakeholder management across a longer track record, but no payments or regulated-product experience — the same gap as the JD's other lower-tier candidates. |
| Tier 3 | Hana Suzuki | 0.38 | Product experience is internal tooling, not customer-facing or regulated products. Would need significant ramp-up on payments domain and compliance partnership. |

Add a candidate by hand— if search missed someone you know belongs here
Searches every candidate in Bullhorn by name or email. They join the job with no search ranking and can be included in outreach like anyone else.
Re-run tier analysis— if a candidate's tier or summary looks wrong
Grades the same résumé against the same job requirements again, replacing the tier, score and summary. Since neither the résumé nor the requirements change, expect a similar result — this is for when the analysis got it wrong, not for re-scoring against different criteria. Editing a job's requirements isn't supported yet. It doesn't re-run the search that surfaced these candidates.
